The selection process

Once a hiring season is over, human resources will distribute a table, giving information regarding applicants and their results.

If you pass, you move join the Virgin Atlantic Academy, where you undergo a training course depending on the career you chose.

Once you finish your course, you will be a provisional employee, and supervised until you are ready to set off your career at Virgin.
